A new week means a new batch of games arriving in stores and Online. Here are a few of this week’s games that we are looking forward to playing.
Bermuda Triangle: Saving the Coral (DS, Wii. Rated Everyone. $14.99, $19.99)
Bermuda Triangle: Saving the Coral is an addictive puzzle game with an ecologically friendly theme. Players of all ages solve puzzles, battle enemies and feed fragile undersea life forms.
BioShock 2 (PC, PS3, Xbox360. Rated Mature. $49.99, $59.99)
This violent first-person shooter probably seems like an odd choice for our list but I wanted to include it because chances are good that the kids in your life (especially tween boys) are going to want to play it. Unfortunately for them however, this game is rated M for Mature and is not suitable or intended for kids. BioShock 2 is the sequel to the successful 2007 game, BioShock, and is set in the fictional underwater city of Rapture. Once again, players will encounter fast-paced action, in-depth world exploration and puzzle-solving elements throughout the game.
Super Monkey Ball: Step & Roll (Wii. Rated Everyone. $49.99)
The Monkey Ball series of games are hysterical mini-games that require players to maneuver a ball with a monkey inside it through a maze. Step & Roll, the latest game in the series, is the first Monkey Ball game that is compatible with the Wii Balance Board, which will require you to use your whole body to move through the mazes. This is going to be a great family game that parents and kids will love playing together.
